Mission and Method Specifications

We are dedicated to educating all students about the negative impact bullying has on learning environments. We intend to teach effective strategies to acknowledge, communicate, and resolve conflicts.

We will use an array of measures to teach our NO BULLY’N method: 

• Peer exercises 

• Visual aides (student friendly media and photos)

• Scenarios 

• Scholarly articles (research based)

We will also convey the significance of creating an environment of love over torment, exclusivity, and oppression through organizational extensions:

 

• Brand Management: Outreach based reaching and networking that builds the organization’s communal presence and longevity. 

• Community Involvement: Incorporation of activities and commitments that are community facing and promotes use of our resources and programs to establish healthier communities. 

• Educational: Promoting and advocating awareness of relevant issues in order to influence intrinsic change through lessons, conferences, workshops, and  literature.

• Recruitment: Establishing and building membership that will provide greater support for our targeted communities and deliver our program and services.

• Fundraising: Supporting individuals who are fundraising on behalf of the organization. Additionally, physically and financially supporting the organization when partnering with other organizations to raise funds. 

• Reputation Management: Promotion of organizational personality and ensuring the vision is upheld and represented in a manner that reflects our internal values and goals.
